commercial

A large amount of our work is in commercial properties consisting of installation from that in schools to football stadiums and leisure centres. As well as upgrading existing installations and helping commercial businesses to reduce their electrical consumption in a number of ways and complying with the change of the statutory regulations. In addition to these we offer our commercial customers a number of the later.

Domestic

We can undertake all aspects of domestic work ranging from a small job like replacing a light fitting to a full rewire.

There is now from the 10th September 2007 a requirement for a HIP (home information pack) when selling any domestic property with three or more bedrooms. The information is based on how energy efficient the property is we are able to help with energy saving ideas, perfect before having your energy assessment completed, we are able to offer a full installation inspection if required.

As a company that is registered with the NICEIC we are Part P approved and can guarantee full compliance with the current building regulations.

Industrial

We have experience in Industrial premises and have carried out complete installations in large warehouses. We also have experience in the Water industry and process plants.

3 Phase Installation

The majority of commercial and industrial premises have 3 phase 400Vsupplies. Our office based and site operatives are capable of carrying out all design, installation and testing of 3 phase installations.

CCTV Systems

As a company we are to do the power installation for all CCTV systems, we therefore can offer you a competitive quotation for a CCTV system saving you the trouble of having to deal with two different companies.

Emergency lighting

In regards to Emergency lighting we are able to install and maintain emergency lighting systems. We also offer periodic tests and reports on emergency lighting systems, it is possible to arrange a maintenance program with us to ensure that your emergency lighting is always inspected up to date.

Maintenance programs

It is possible to set up a maintenance programs for various different areas of work such as commercial lighting installations so you never find yourself in the dark at critical times. Maintenance programs can be discussed with someone in the office and we can also offer a 24 hour call out.

Portable Appliance Testing

We offer Portable Appliance Tests (PATs), which is an important part of any Health and Safety Policy. The Electricity at Work Regulations place a legal responsibility on employers, employees and self-employed persons to comply with the provisions of the regulations and take reasonably practicable steps to ensure that no danger results from the use of portable appliances. Once we have carried out the requested tests we will provide you with a printed copy of the results and advise you of any problems and make any alterations that are required.

Security Alarms

We have experience on the installation and repair of security alarms in all kinds of properties, with the possibility of setting up different zones keeping all areas of the premises safe.

Test & Inspection

We are registered with NICEIC and can carry out all of the various tests and inspections along with a certificate to ensure your premises complies with the regulations at that time. Tests such as periodic inspections, Electrical installation and Minor Works.

Lamp Disposal Service

As a company we are registered with the Environment Agency our registration number is AGC400. This allows us to transport and organise lamp disposal legally.
